I took my car in for a oil change ...they did the works package... and when they rotated my tires they broke my wheel lock and didn’t notify me...my service request only says Please note:Vehicle needs 4tires,Front and Rear Brakes, Wheel Stud and Lock,possible leaking oil.....When I drove on the freeway my car kind of shake...when I got out to check my tires I notice my tire lock was broke in one of the sockets...Call Caruso they try to tell me that’s was telling me of the broken lock in the Please Note. Always a great experience at Caruso! Several weeks back, a truck on the freeway spit an orange caution cone into my path and it knocked some of my bumper all weird. I brought my car into the body shop expecting an unpleasant surprise but instead I got a very pleasant one indeed when the service person informed me that all that was needed was a bolt, which he produced (and didn't charge me a bit).
