This place totally sucks Came to eat at the soda bar and the refused me to use the bathroom. How do you expect customers to be comfortable and have a nice time enjoying your establishment???????
Business response:
I’m sorry about your dissatisfaction with our little shop. It is very unfortunate that we can not provide a public restroom and believe me I wish we could. Because of the age of our business we are grandfathered in and do not have to provide one. The only available restroom is in our kitchen area and the health department will not allow us to let customers in that area. With all the rules and regulations to put in a new public restroom it would cost over $10K and that is not in the budget anytime soon.

I loved this...good sandwiches, Ice Cream and sundaes were awesome. And the Candy! Epic!
Used to eat there as a kid. Was in to see it in July. (live in Tennessee for last 17 years) Sill best place to hang out in Dowagiac.
Stopped in yesterday for the first time ❤ what a great place!
