Wonderful food all the time! Nothing is ever disappointing! Love the pork specials they have in the colder months so much!! The pizza and anything cooked in the wood oven is beyond amazing!!!! Best pizza I've had in my life!!! When I move I am going to be sad this place isn't across the baseball field

After 2 amazing experiences, I felt compelled to write a review after almost a year hiatus! This place is that good, if you didn't believe the other reviews already. The above words accurately describe my two visits to Caruso. Seriously, the Salted Caramel Budino...I'm salivating just thinking about it again. YOU MUST ORDER THIS. We were two couples visiting the area from NJ, in need of a place to eat before the theater. What a wonderful find this was! Let's face it, there are plenty of excellent Italian restaurants in NJ, but none are like this one! We will make a trip back again soon for the delicious bread and pizza, handmade pasta and sauces, the yummy desserts ( some of which we'd never seen before) and outstanding service!
