Always a fantastic meal! Family owner and never disappoints. And don't sip dessert.

The food is incredible. Everything is made fresh, from scratch, even the ricotta. Service is good as well. The chef/owner takes great pride in his food. The cannoli is the best I've ever had!
We had an incredible meal with loved ones that ran the entire menu, we couldn't decide who' s dish was better! The food, company and service were outstanding!
Absolutely delicious every time I have been there or gotten take out! My favorites are the Sunday Pork Ragu, Chicken Caesar Salad, Fettuccine with ham and peas, and their pizzas! Leave room for dessert because those are amazing too!
This was our second visit and it was fabulous just like the first visit. The food is fresh, homemade and so good! The desserts are spectacular! This place is a gem.
We had never been to Caruso's before and stopped off with our children (11 and 3) on Saturday. The staff let us sit outside even though it wasn't set (weather was supposed to be stormy). Great recommendations from Boris - who was attentive, funny, and great with our kids. From the apps to the pizza to the pasta to the service ... all great! We live in Royersford and will make sure to make the trip - especially with our extended family! Thank you for a great time!
Wonderful food and service! I have also had them cater some parties and the food was always fantastic!! The owner/chef has always been so nice and accommodating too. Highly recommend eating here!!
