To start off I hate having to select one star, because it's 0. The customer service at that office is trash. Very unprofessional from when you walk in the office to the garbage that does your information and takes your payment. They act as if it's a problem if you just want to ask a question, as if they bring their home to work. You walk in the office and it is very dry.
