Horrible Office Management Overall the procedure went...ok. The issue I have is with the billing and account payable department. I have 2 insurance policies, so I get a refund on the amounts that I pay for my procedures. My procedures were done in March and April of 2006. The office explained I would have to file the paperwork to get my refund. I did as I was told and waited, and waited, and waited and got no response. Dont expect to get your money back easily from Longhorn My advice to everyone is to avoid Longhorn as far as possible. I think their business practices amount to fraud. The problem is this: they make me pay an estimated cost for the service and then bill the insurance. The insurance makes the payment and turns out Longhorn owes me a balance. But every time I call they say a check is on the way but add that I could apply the balance to my next visit. Now I've decided to find another dentist, but have given up hopes of receivi... read more
