Dr. Cartwright did a neck ablation (nerves burned) on both sides. It was a disaster for me. The procedure he did caused nerve damage and now I am in the most severe pain in my neck that I have ever been in my life.
I am so happy to be back in Dr Cartwright's care. I am a walking nightmare of a mess at times and between him and Yvonne I am finally feeling better than I have in years. His injections (being spot on) along with Yvonne's have been life changing for me. Yvonne is who I see monthly because he is so busy in the OR room but I know he is a ask away if needed. I have been a patient of Dr Cartwright's for over 10 years. I followed him from one practice to another. He has always helped me with my spinal issues. And his PA, Kay can read my mind. She always has the right answer. I am in the process of moving to North Carolina. One of my biggest fears is that I won't find a team like Dr Cartwright and Kay.
Unfortunately, after going to Dr Cartwright for several years and being very happy with my care, when in March of 2023 during a routine visit, he told me "You need to find a new doctor, immediately". (Interestingly, my previous visit was for an injection after which my legs went totally numb, and I couldn't even stand up. A few hours later my arms went totally numb and I nearly wrecked my car while on Hiway 95 going 70 mph.) I LOVE DR. CARTWRIGHT, MISS K and the STAFF. Always great service, sometimes I forger I am there to be a patient because they treat me like family.
