Great location, mediocre otherwise. Significant dust, window lock was broken leading to fire escape, not the safest hotel. Location and price great - You get what you pay for!
Fantastic hotel. Great value, good location, clean. Would defo stay again.
We stayed here for a night during our stop in San Francisco. The location itself is classic San Francisco city vibes—right near Union Square, tons of food, shopping, easy access to the cable cars, and Waymos everywhere. The first big inconvenience was the parking situation. When I called ahead to the hotel the night before to ask about parking and get some information, the person who answered the phone was abrupt, short, and completely off-putting, which definitely wasn't a great first impression. 部屋は少し狭いですが、寝るだけなら全く問題ありません。バスルームにはシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、ハンドソープ、メイク落としが用意してあります。冷蔵庫はありませんでした。 駅から歩いて10分程度。少しだけ坂を登りますが、それほど急ではないです。Moscone Centerにも歩いて行けます。ホテルの向かいにはセブンイレブンとWalgreens（ドラッグストア）があり、とても便利です。周りにホームレスの人もいますが、気をつけて歩けば基本的には大丈夫です。 チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってもらえました。
This was a very nice hotel for the price. The hotel is old in the cool ways (like the lobby, stairs and hallways) and recently renovated in the good ways (the rooms are nice and modern) however, you can't change the footprint. So you get a large closet/makeup room to... make up for the fact that the space between the sink and the toilet is not enough to stand comfortably.
