Jim and Lily at Cartwright Funeral Home were amazingly supportive and compassionate as my family navigated the passing of my grandmother last week. They responded to every request quickly and made sure to take the pressure off of us so we could mourn our loss. The man who drove the limo to/from the service (sorry, I’m forgetting his name -_-) was also very friendly and kind. Despite the fact that (1) Owner of Cartwright Funeral Home sat beside my CHILD ABUSING MOTHER for one year (1980's) as TOWN OF RANDOLPH, TOWN MEETING MEMBER, RANDOLPH, MASSACHUSETTS & despite BIOLOGICAL facts that my (BIOLOGICAL) SIBLING Brother, STEPHEN RICHARD NORRIS was 100 % BELIEVED by Owners of Cartwright Funeral Home that STEPHEN RICHARD NORRIS was an ONLY CHILD born to the (2) heinous Parents that all (3) three children were forced to endure. Cartwright Funeral Home and Jim (Funeral Director) in particular were extremely kind and empathetic while maintaining perfect professionalism all the way throughout the process. It was very easy to communicate with Jim throughout the process and he made sure to make one of the most difficult times of my life just a little bit easier by ensuring that the whole funeral process proceeded without any issues.
