Our experience with Cartwright Funeral Home was disappointing from start to finish. We dealt with unprofessional and insensitive comments from staff, poorly printed prayer cards with blurry text, a lack of accountability when concerns were raised, and mistakes during the funeral service itself. Although the funeral home eventually agreed to refund and reprint the prayer cards, the overall lack of compassion, communication, and attention to detail made an already difficult time much harder. Jim and Lily at Cartwright Funeral Home were amazingly supportive and compassionate as my family navigated the passing of my grandmother last week. They responded to every request quickly and made sure to take the pressure off of us so we could mourn our loss. The man who drove the limo to/from the service (sorry, I’m forgetting his name -_-) was also very friendly and kind.
