Money focused not tenant focused!!!!!
The new condo project is an absolute disgrace. The state in which condos were delivered during interim occupancy was appalling. Deficiencies were outrageous. (Photos attached) broken crack in door, they tried to patch up in a brand new condo. Exposed fan in my bathroom. The pre-delivery inspection occurred 2 days before I received my keys for interim occupancy. Not reasonable in my opinion. My condo fees have been set at $570.34 per month for my 555 square foot condo. I was paying $3700 a month during interim occupancy. This... read more
