The new condo project is an absolute disgrace. The state in which condos were delivered during interim occupancy was appalling. Deficiencies were outrageous. (Photos attached) broken crack in door, they tried to patch up in a brand new condo. Exposed fan in my bathroom. The pre-delivery inspection occurred 2 days before I received my keys for interim occupancy. Not reasonable in my opinion. Disappointing Experience Since Carttera Management Took Over Ever since Carttera Management Inc. took over this building, it's been nothing but problems. Living next to a construction site with constant noise from machinery is already frustrating enough, but it’s only the beginning. The building is consistently dirty, with excessive dust everywhere, making it uncomfortable and unhealthy for tenants. An absolutely brutal experience as a first time home buyer. Part of The Landing project in Whitby. - interim occupancy fees, absolutely outrageous. The estimation of condo fees and property tax is jarring 555 square foot condo, paying $3700 per month. - Pre construction comes with delays… however to be SO rushed that my PDI was just 2 days before getting my keys… not okay!!! - cheap materials.
