I bought a 975LI a few months ago. I love the cart. I use it at least two times a week and it is light and durable. I have the new cherry red wheels and it looks sharp. I am getting many inquiries about my cart. The customer service is awesome. There was no pressure and very helpful. they answered all my questions and delivered when promised. I definitely will do business with them again. Thanks Dick for a great product.
Absolutely love our CartTek 975Li. Great design, fantastic fit and finish, quality components and outstanding company to work with. No "oversell" and you can tell that they really want customers that are happy with their products. These carts won't fall apart or require replacement due to inferior components or design. I just ordered my 3rd and 4th carts from CartTek. Sales and Customer Service is absolutely awesome, and their carts are phenomenal. I can't wait to get our new carts and start the 2015 playing season off right!
I need to reprogram my 1200. I called Cart Tek because I lost my USB cord, lost the back to my remote and didn't know how to program my cart. Dick spent time on the phone taking me through the process and also sent an email with video instructions. It was very easy to follow. He overnighted the USB cord and remote back. I received it the next day. Thank you Dick I love my cart.
My old seat from my bag boy navigator fits perfectly into the cartTek seat bracket.Dick was nice enough to sell me the bracket seperately .I love my GRX1200R just as good as my old navigator without the big price tag GREAT BARGAIN! !!
