I enjoy my remote control operated CartTek. I’ve had it two years. I would ask for a deeper utility box and a much better score card clip. Perhaps those have improved since I got mine!? Love how it works on our hilly course!
I’ve had my 975lxi for 2-1/2 years and use it 3-5 times a week. And while I love the cart, it has had problems. The team at Cartek worked with us to fix them. My golf buddies liked the cart so much that several of them have bought them. If I had to change one thing with the cart it would be the bungee cords that secure your bag to the cart.

My Cart Tek Cart is four years old. I use it four or five times every week so it gets lots of use. The remote wore out so Cart Tek sent me a new one. I also thought that I had a battery problem but the guys at Cart Tek determined over the phone that it was a programming problem and told me how to solve it. Their after sales service is terrific, and the Cart itself allows me to walk the course like I am taking a walk in the park. It's a winner!

I have had my CartTek cart for over 3 years. It's still works like it brand new. I use it 3 to 4 times a week and have no problems with it. The battery is still going strong. Other than a operator error every now and then it is a great tool for walking the golf course. I would recommend CartTek carts to anyone who wants a cart that is easy to use and maintain.

Very good product. If you use a light carry bag, you will need to add some weight to center pocket. I used coins gathered over 6 months and worked fine. Fun to use and added benefit, relief off my back that occurred with push three wheeler carts.

What a wonderful product! So easy to set up and break down and also very light weight. The customer service staff is very helpful in determining exactly what cart is the right one for your game. I have model GRX 1200 R and I have been very happy with the cart . In the beginning I had some problems and called the factory the service was outstanding . If a part was needed it was shipped and arrived within a day or two which made very easy the repair needed . I have found the people on the other end of the phone call extremely friendly and helpful . When the time comes for a new cart I am sure I will stay with Cart Tek.
I have had my 1250Li since last July and I have used it for 68 rounds on my Very Hilly upstate South Carolina home course. I Love it! It is not unusual for me to use all 4 speeds of the remote at different times during a round. I have had a couple instances where I had a problem with the remote and had to use the manual dial, but when I called and spoke to Mark or Dick (they really know their products!), they knew exactly what I needed by just describing what happened.
