Purchased a car from Karts auto sales and was worst mistake I have ever made. From the moment i drive off the lot it has been nothing but issues. Check engine light came on about 3 minutes after driving off the lot, car wouldn’t start less than a week after buying. Cart’s auto sales also put the wrong battery in the car causing the actual battery itself to melt. Bought a car from Carts auto sales and within 2 miles of leaving the lot the cars check engine light came on and code read bad catalytic converter. At time of test driving we asked the salesman’ if any issue or service needed with the car and they said they received it all ready to go and no issues. Talked to Colton the owner of Carts Auto sales and we had a verbal agreement for them to check out the car and see what was going on with it. Well here we are again.....10 weeks ago we bought a 2008 Sierra from Carts....they have yet to give us a title and we paid for the vehicle in cash..SHADY place all the way! Getting a runaround about how they lost the title...then it got wet....a lot of excuses from Wes. Get off your butt and get this title taken care of. Yesterday we called the non emergency Des Moines police to get some assistance. We can't even legally drive the vehicle, because we have no title. We did our part on the sale....CARTS AUTO SALES has not.
I bought my car which is a 2013 Chevy Cruze. Elda was so nice. She had the best customer service. I will recommend Carts going forward
