I have been doing business with Kevin and his group at Cartronics for over 30 years. The work they do is the best and the customer service is excellent. Robert Eldridge did a great job putting in my CD Player and he and Robert Franklin went out of their way to assist me with understanding the player and its features. I am and will always be a repeat customer. Thanks guys for all everything!
I stopped by the Verizon store and saw cartronics. I stopped by and talked to Michael about a stereo system. He was a great person to talk to. He had the right attitude and gave me what I was lokking for. The other members of the staff was excellent. I would highly recommend coming here for any kind of service. They were professionals.
My husband made an appointment at 9 am for my car to be dropped off for an automatic start to be installed. He came to pick up the car at 5:45 pm and it still was not done. He waited over an hour for it to be completed at that point causing him to miss his sons basketball game. The equipment works great but the customer service and efficiency was terrible. Last time a vehicle of mine will ever be brought to this store.
Last week I went to CarTronics in Rivergate/Madison to see if someone could help me get my iPod to work in my car. I thought I might have to put a new system in, but Brain H showed me that I only needed an auxiliary cable. Instead of spending hundreds I spent under $15.00. Had a backup camera and new headlamps installed on our 2014 Jeep Wangler. Josh and team were great to work with and their flexibility and turnaround time were fantastic! Highly recommend them!!
I was installing my own stereo system Rockford fosgate, being that it was not installed by cartronics they doubled the price of speakers. I bought 1 speaker out the box that was chosen by manager josh. That was already installed and put back on shelve for some one to buy guess what defect speaker. It took 2 weeks to get my speaker. Guest what, I ran to Florida with no 12twelves only RF 6x9 ain't that a b!@ch !!!!!!!!����
Outrageous prices!!! Quoted me over $400 for a remote start. Bought the kit online for $135, got it in 4 days and installed it in 35 minutes. It was all plug and play.
Request Nathan and Kendall dunn, two of the best. Cartronics is very good.
