I got my system installed almost a year ago. My bass box went out within about 3 months. I was so busy and wasn’t able to get back down there. I ended up getting the car back down there close to a year after my system was installed. I was out of warrantee by this time but the manager replaced my box no problem! Their customer service was top notch. Thank you!!

I will say it has taken me a while to receive your email. For some reason, the email was not coming through. Had a backup camera installed on my 2011 Titan. The staff (Logan) did a great job and provided me with all of my options. Install was quick (same day) and very professional. Cartronics did a great job and the device is working perfectly!
