Awesome customization and customer service at Brentwood location. I had them install my after market rear view camera on JKU Jeep Wrangler. The equipment I bought on Amazon was not working properly and these guys took the time and know-how to fix it themselves. then did a great job installing it and setting up with my Nav radio. I love it and use it everyday. I will be back! Thanks.
Had subs and amp hooked up in a 2013 Kia soul...they sound great also the guys kept the restroom clean and made sure I was comfortable during my wait �� thanks guys.

This review used to be 2 stars I have given them the chance to rectify the situation and they did. I was contacted by their manager Kendall and they went above and beyond to get me what I paid for and then some. my only advice is to write down on a pie e of paper exactly what you want and are expecting A communication between the fromt desk , the techs definitely need improvement. In a time when many businesses forget what customer service is, these guys get it! Rick and his crew at Brentwood Cartronics were great to work with. They had some complications with the installation of a backup camera we ordered but were proactive in communicating with us and had the job complete when they said they would. Don't go anywhere else for your automotive electronics.
Always there to support my addiction, thanks for looking out. I had an urgent issue that came up with a DSP that I was running, no local dealers had the one I needed, looked up the dealers that carry that brand. then found me something that worked and worked well. Thanks Fellas..

Tyler and his crew at the Hickory Hollow store ROCK! Not only do they provide excellent customer service, their installations are neat, clean, and well thought out. They have the latest gizmos and gadgets to make your car an incredible place to enjoy. This is the second car they have done for us and both cars have been spectacular.
