I am a long time customer and highly recommend Cartridge World of Dallas. Their printer cartridges have been high quality. But it's the customer service that prompts me to write this review. They have a 'can do' attitude and I couldn't be a more satisfied customer.

I literally called up and spoke to this Mr John this morning and asked about certain cartridges So when I came in, he seemed a little hesitant, and I asked him by name, (had hesitate and slowly gave his name) I had asked if he had the ink cartridges. He was trying to show me, but I need to look at the actual ink cartilage to make sure it's the right one because a lot of the smart Inkjet or deskjet printers will reject it. and I'm looking at it to make sure it will fit because my type of home printer will be rejected. I want to shout out John at Cartridge World for going above and beyond to help me source toner when my organization's usual supplier fell through at the worst possible moment! He was helpful and knowledgeable and made it possible for me to pick up what I needed the same day. What a refreshing contrast to the last company I dealt with, who kept me waiting for a month for a simple toner refill and then got my order wrong. Enormously grateful!
