I literally called up and spoke to this Mr John this morning and asked about certain cartridges So when I came in, he seemed a little hesitant, and I asked him by name, (had hesitate and slowly gave his name) I had asked if he had the ink cartridges. I want to shout out John at Cartridge World for going above and beyond to help me source toner when my organization's usual supplier fell through at the worst possible moment! He was helpful and knowledgeable and made it possible for me to pick up what I needed the same day. What a refreshing contrast to the last company I dealt with, who kept me waiting for a month for a simple toner refill and then got my order wrong. Enormously grateful!

Friendly and quick service, lot of printer ink options at good price.
I needed a refill for HP Deskjet, and had called to Staples, Inkcity, Costco, and Office Depot. Cartridge World was my solution. They took care of my ink needs and were reasonable on pricing. I had ordered online to Inkfarm, and received a defective cartridge, and they went replacement and it was for a Brothers printer instead of HP, so I was getting very upset. Cartridge World saved my sanity!
