Ten year customer. Got me out of a jam several times. Highly recommend them .
I recently had a printer fixed, and I can't recommend them more. They were thorough and got me back up and running. Jesse went through a number of options, and through the process of elimination, found the best solution. I had to replace a printer head (lots of fun!) and it was not cheap, lol, but they made the process a lot less painful. I am a long time customer and highly recommend Cartridge World of Dallas. Their printer cartridges have been high quality. But it's the customer service that prompts me to write this review. They have a 'can do' attitude and I couldn't be a more satisfied customer.

I literally called up and spoke to this Mr John this morning and asked about certain cartridges So when I came in, he seemed a little hesitant, and I asked him by name, (had hesitate and slowly gave his name) I had asked if he had the ink cartridges. He was trying to show me, but I need to look at the actual ink cartilage to make sure it's the right one because a lot of the smart Inkjet or deskjet printers will reject it. and I'm looking at it to make sure it will fit because my type of home printer will be rejected.
