I called Cartridge World at 1:03 PM today to receive information about their ink refill and prices. The man stated they closed at 4pm and that is what is on their door. I get their at 3:35 PM according to my phone and the clock located inside of their store (which I took a picture of) yet their door is locked. There is no sign stating that they will be back or closed early do to unforeseen circumstances. Bad customer service. We have a small commercial office on Gunbarrel Rd and come to this Cartridge World for all of our toner related needs. They are quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. Getting toner can be frustrating and I don’t always know which to get. The guidance here is top notch and I would recommend to anyone.
