I had a great experience with Cartridge Smart. Got an ink cartridge refilled for my HP printer there. Guy at the counter was very friendly and professional. Had my cartridge back to me in about 10 minutes. Great service I would recommend Cartridge Smart to anyone who needs a refill!

my cartridges were improperly filled but they were very courteous and fixed the job.
Josh and Mike are so helpful and professional. Every company I've worked for, I've used them, including my personal business. They are fast, and will do whatever it takes to help. Josh is very knowledgeable, and has worked on printers and is honest about cost of fixing vs replacing. If it is more cost-effective to replace it, he will tell you, and has advised on the best printers to buy for the given situation - even though he makes nothing if you buy a new printer.
