The Sydney Store. They need a lesson on customer service ! Queue outside 10 mins. Queue inside 30 mins. When I asked for the Love pendant with double chain the associate indicated NO we don't know what you are referring to. I had to Google it to show her. Then she said Oh you mean the Love pendant with 2 diamonds in a very dismissive tone. I then asked to see the yellow gold. No stock. So I asked to see the white and rose. I struggled to put on.
