I visited Cartier around 5:30 PM during workday to browse rings and make an inquiry. We were told that the sales representatives were busy, so we waited for over 20 minutes, until 5:55 PM, only to be told that no one would be able to assist us that day. What made the experience particularly disappointing was that two customers who arrived after us were served, despite not having appointments, and were even offered water while we were left waiting. My expirience was great! Sara took care of me, showed me everything and she was very knowlegeable. I was not rushed anywhere and I was having very nice time. I can only recomend because of Saras service!
I want to share my recent super disappointing experience from Cartier. I purchased a watch as a birthday gift, but after receiving it, I was not satisfied with the quality. The watch buckle part arrived with a rough finish, I’m not sure whether this is a one off or this is just the quality of Cartier watches.
