I came to ask about the fit of my bracelet and I was treated very warmly despite not having an appointment (didn't know I could book one). I was immediately shown to a seat and offered a bottle of water and chocolate while waiting as they were busy. The gentlemen who served me were extremely professional and kind. I thought I had gotten my bracelet size wrong, but they showed me the correct way to hook it which gave me that perfect fit. Wonderful service. I visited yesterday to see the price for an item I considered purchasing for myself. I explained to the lovely Gerardo. S that I'm wrapping up my studies and was merely looking at the item in anticipation of it being my graduation gift to myself. I expected a higher level of service from a store of this stature. I went in to have something fixed, and they needed to remove my wristband to complete the work. When they returned my watch, I put it on, but within a few minutes, one side of the band came loose and almost caused me to drop my watch!!! Overall, the service experience was a bit mixed. When we first walked in, we weren’t greeted or approached right away, and we noticed that other clients were being seated while we were left standing. This made the initial impression feel a bit unwelcoming.
