Had the most pleasant experience. Gerardo was very kind and he felt like a friend. Got the luxury experience with champagne service. He even provided a small bottle of champagne included as part of my purchase
The experience here I had this past summer lacked. First, there was no Cartier experience, granted I knew what I wanted, I was in and out in 10-15 mins. Second, once the item was purchased, it needed to be serviced. I was advised by the seller that he would call when it was ready, and mail it to me directly. I kept getting automated texts that my item was ready. After calling twice and being told my item would be sent by my seller, I called again on Wednesday, and it had still not been mailed.
