Excellent experience at Cartier thanks to Hugh. He assisted my mum while she was choosing a ring and also helped me when I found a watch I loved. He was warm, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely made the entire experience enjoyable. Overall outstanding customer service, we couldn’t have asked for better.
