Worst experience ever, don’t ever trust them, make sure to check your item before you leave the store, I bought a ring and didn’t check for scratches or anything “ trusting them” that was a bad idea, I just tried it for less than an hour, and when I went to exchange the size , they told it has.scratches and can’t exchange it! I have never in my life, experienced the nicest and rudest combination customer experience in my life. I had on a VS jogging suit and pink Nikes. But so what… that shouldn’t make a difference. I explained that I was looking for glasses. I was told that all they had there was sunglasses. Fine, I didn’t have a problem taking a look at what they did have at that location.
