There contracts security treated me as if I were a shoplifting at the store. There catering go towards second hand espanola customers I’m only a Mission valley resident looking for a new watches but that is bad/poor management
They don’t have the C De Cartier Sunglasses and they want me to go to Nordstrom. What’s the point having a Cartier store if another store that carries your product.
I wanted to give a shout out to MJ for excellent service. I went to the store a couple of times before my purchase. Once I decided on what I wanted I gave my wish list to my husband to go in. MJ was just as nice to my husband. Now the bad. It takes an extremely long time to check out. I've gotten an item from their store in HPV and it is also a drawn out experience to check out. My experience with Cartier was mixed. The jewelry service department was very disappointing — my ring is less than two years old, and when a diamond fell out, I was immediately told I would be charged and blamed, with no mention of warranty, empathy, or responsibility. This felt far from what the Cartier brand once stood for. Thankfully, JOLIE, the sales associate, completely changed the experience.
