I tried to book an appointment at this location and the site is broken. I called 3 times in a row and each time I waited on hold only to be hung up on never speaking to anyone. If anyone is curious why America is failing, this is why. This doesn't happen in Dubai, it doesn't happen in the EU. Only here are people so lazy they cannot take a phone call. What a "luxury" experience.

We visited the Cartier store at Fashion Valley on April 20, 2026, around 4–6 PM to have a link removed from my watch because it was too loose. At first, security asked if we had an appointment and it seemed like we might not be allowed inside. Thankfully, a lady who appeared to be a supervisor or manager (she had short dark hair—I regret not catching her name) kindly stepped in and welcomed us. I stopped by the Cartier store just before Valentine's Day to purchase bracelet . Initially, I intended to order it online—specifically because I wanted to have it engraved—and online orders are typically processed and deliverer within about three days. However, I ultimately decided that I preferred the experience of shopping in person at the store. There contracts security treated me as if I were a shoplifting at the store. There catering go towards second hand espanola customers I’m only a Mission valley resident looking for a new watches but that is bad/poor management

They don’t have the C De Cartier Sunglasses and they want me to go to Nordstrom. What’s the point having a Cartier store if another store that carries your product.
