I visited the Cartier store in Palo Alto today to purchase a ring I really wanted, but I had an absolutely terrible experience. The sales associate who was supposed to help us never introduced herself, barely spoke to us, and showed zero interest in assisting. Came in to get my Trinity Cord bracelet swapped for a different color/size. Unfortunately, the guy who helped me had zero customer service skills… He looked like he didn’t want to be there and didn’t say a single word the entire time. I genuinely thought he might not even speak. The other staff members were at least polite.
The only reason I'm giving a one star rating here is because zero star rating isn't an option. I had the worst shopping experience ever in my life on 7/22/2025 with the sale associate: Julie Xiao.
