Kevin was helpful, kind, and not even slightly patronizing (which I have experienced before from other high-end brand sales associates and managers). He communicated clearly and made sure he understood what I was trying to convey with my service request. Cartier is lucky to have him in its employ.
Very attentive and accommodating.
I made multiple attempts to resolve a simple request with this Cartier location, and each interaction became increasingly frustrating and disappointing. After my initial experience, I called back again to obtain the store manager’s name so I could file a formal complaint. Had the most horrible experience at this location. Was told to wait for 30 minutes in order to get in. We asked if we should wait longer and were told they don’t know how long it will take and they were nearing closing time. The minute we left, they took 2 people in. We went back to ask why they let those people in while we were ahead of them, and the response was,”it didn’t occur to me to say you guys could go in, you can come in tomorrow”. They turn you away with any excuse they can find. The Palo Alto store is the worst representation of the Cartier customer service. They tell you the don’t have stuff when it’s right in front of their eyes. The tell you to play with the size and when it doesn’t fit and you ask for a bigger size the say you scratched it. Then be normal like the other higher end stores and say no returns once sold.
