**UPDATE I was helped by Melody today. She's very friendly and made my experience very comfortable. I highly recommend asking for her if you ever decide to stop by. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! I would also like to add that this Cartier by far is the most generous with gifts with purchase in the Bay Area. The other boutiques sometimes gatekeep cleaning kits and travel pouches...

Brought a watch here, it starts running behind after 1 week. Sent it back for services for 3 times already, not able to diagnose the problem. Now it's running behind again, talked to the manager, all they can do is sending back for services, now the 4th time! They are not really trying to resolve the problem! Super frustrating!
