RecommendedMy sales associate Marilyn Williams was very knowledgeable about the piece I brought in. A 1960 vintage Cartier watch which was still in working condition and I informed her that I had inherited the piece and wanted it restored to it’s original condition. It was then vaulted and shipped to Dallas, Texas for inspection to ensure the integrity of the watch and all it’s components will not be compromised. I was a little hesitant about leaving it but Marilyn helped me feel at ease.

I have a pair of vintage Cartier glasses that needed a simple repair on the arm of my glasses which was the logo that says Cartier & they were sent off to Texas from Lenox Mall. I checked the status of my glasses online & it said my glasses were sent back unrepaired so now I'm mad at this point. Go to my page to see what I think, went to this location to make a purchase and was treated like a criminal, my husband and I both work hard everyday and were treated like garbage, you dont get 1 star you get no stars

Extremely poor customer service at the Cartier Atlanta store. Have filed a complaint and am awaiting a reply.
