I cannot say enough good things about the ER. Every staff member that I encountered greeted us with a smile and helped us find our way to the ER. I had to wait no more than 5 minutes to be brought into a room. Nurses and Doctors spoke directly to my daughter and even had her laughing! In and out with meds within an hour! Absolutely love this hospital and won't hesitate to return!

I had two cataract surgeries three years ago. The staff was amazing. They were caring and kept my husband informed through every step of the time I spent at the hospital. I wish there was a 10 star rating �

I went today for my 20 week anatomy scan for my pregnancy. Our ultrasound tech was a complete buzzkill and took all the fun out of that scan. She was so monotone and uninviting. If it wasn't for us asking questions there would be no words exchanged besides "babys bladder...stomach...". She ruined my day, and ruined our experience. Regardless of what # pregnancy, these scans are typically the only one you get and we left feeling very disheartened. She had a student shadowing her today, which made it even worse. thanks once again to the Carthage area hospital ER staff, the rescue squad and medical transport! My son had difficulty breathing overnight and was seen at CAH and given 5 star treatment! thanks to all the nurses/respiratory/Drs that took care if him! by the time the helicopter got to us, he was acting a lot better, and is on the road to getting better.
