Bought a 4 year old Smith Douglas home with Cartersville Flooring as the installer, high trafficked areas of LVP flooring have been coming up at joints throughout and around the kitchen.
Unfortunately we had no choice in who we purchased our hardwood floors from nor who would install them as we were building a new build through Patrick Malloy and were required to use their vendors. We spent a lot of money on our floors through the entire house and certainly did not expect for such a disappointing finished product. The install was done poorly. Takes forever to get an estimate or even get in contact with anyone. Had two other estimates before I ever got a return call from here. Slow & craftsmanship is bad in our new home. Will be doing warranty work for several areas of carpet.
