Paula and Dotty at the desk have always been extremely helpful and they have made adjustments to things I thought could not be altered. I have brought in countless garments over the past two years which they have altered to fit me perfectly! And when the alteration is not right, they always take it back and readjust. Dry cleaning is great too.
