Our neighborhood has hired Carter’s pools for our season this year and thus far it’s been nothing short of disappointing. Not only has Zach been non responsive, but his contract called for our neighborhood pool to be ready for the season 2 weeks ago and as of today, it still looks the same it did when the cover was removed. We are close to cancelling the contract and suing for non performance, so I’d advise anyone thinking about hiring rbis company to steer clear. Our story is similar to Gabe Paul. We are two days away from opening and nothing has been completed to get our neighborhood pool setup. Commitments have been set and missed multiple times. Poor communication from the owner, Zach. I just found out from MyCase that they are being evicted from their Westfield office. And to top it off, I tried calling their Lifeguard hiring phone number from their signs and it's "No Longer Available". Carter’s Pool Management offers the best aquatic services hands down! Zachary had my pool looking cleaner than it was when it was first installed! Not only was my pool spotless, but they also replaced parts for my pump & motor. If you’re looking for great service, these are your people. Great service all around!
