awsome place to do events
Costumer service was not good. Day of our friends wedding they were missing tables, chairs, table cloths, curtains to cover hooks and TVs on the wall. There were also holes and ripped flooring that was covered by clear tape. Also couldn’t figure out how to turn off main light (tried every switch) so couldn’t dim any light by the end of the night. Last thing you want to see is a bride upset about the venue on the wedding day.
The individuals that own this place are disappointing. The floor was disgusting. Our feet were completely black by the end of the night. Also broken and taped up. It needs to be fixed. For the bathroom, the toilet wiggled bad. For the back room / kitchen it had everything in it from the LAST EVENT. Including the fridge, we had no room to put our stuff in. On June 22nd 2023, they held a repass for my father's funeral services. When I walked in from an emotional morning, I was in total awe of how they set it up for him. The menu had his face and they made sure they had the beautiful real red roses as requested. Everything was beautiful and my family LOVED the food cooked by chef Tyra. The owners of this establishment are extremely kind/compassionate/considerate. I will definitely be booking here again.
