I cannot say enough good things about Carter Hair Design! Family-owned and operated, and always focused on quality and the satisfaction of their customers. Many, like me, have been customers for a very long time, and will continue coming back, because not only are you getting the BEST styling in Fredericksburg, but these amazing people become like family to you.
How can I describe this place to show how amazing the stylists and the place itself is! They truly make you feel like home. I have gotten my hair done by Libby twice. She always listens to what you want and the end product ends up being better than you thought or imagined. I feel so blessed to have found this salon. Everyone is such a joy.
They did my son's first hair cut and they were amazing. I was very happy with the people there. Libby cut his hair, and Franny (I think that was his name) distracted him and talked to him. It was great!
As long as Carter Hair Design and I are both in Fredericksburg, I will never go anywhere else! This place/these people are above and beyond. Tip well, they deserve it!
Libby has done my hair twice now, a color and a REALLY big chop, her color is flawless and it was exactly what I wanted plus some. The whole salon staff is excellent. Hands down one of the best family businesses in the Fredericksburg area.
I recently had my hair shaped by Kathryn, she knew exactly what I wanted, and corrected the mistakes by previous Smart Style employee. Kathryn did excellent work, I would definitely recommend Carter's Hair Design.
