I love the way my floor turned out. The floor is 175 years old & I love the finish Carter's provided. Thank you for a great job!!
Definitely would not recommend! Had to redo the entire job due to incompetence. Ralph agreed the floors looked bad and promised to come back and fix but no show. Specifically, did not sand the edges and stairs properly and tried to cover it up with a darker stain that did not match. Lots of excuses. What a mess!!
I highly recommend Carters Floor Sanding &Refinishing ! They have done amazing work on all my hardwood floors! And they always made sure everything was done right!! I will definitely get them to do more hardwood floors for me in the near future!!
It was great he came in and did what he said and went beyond to make us happy
