Carter's does fine work. It is easy to schedule an appointment, they are always on time and they do a great job of cleaning. We just had our carpets cleaned-beautiful- and the grout on our kitchen floor. Everything looks new again! We feel their prices are very reasonable, in fact, we thought we would have to pay more.
