Poor customer service. I called to get a car towed to their lot and they said it wouldn't be there for and hour and a half, but okay I could wait. So while I waited, I called around to other lots and found a better deal for my vehicle. When I called Carter's back to cancel, I was treated rudely for changing my plan (even though by their estimate I wasn't expecting the driver to be able to get my vehicle for another hour).
