Great customer service! We recently purchased a trailer from Carter's. We noticed on the first use that one of the ramps was missing (it was there upon purchase) and must have fallen out on the trip. It was determined that the pins were not large enough to hold the ramps in and that they would slide right out easily. We gave Carter's a call about the trailer issue and he not only had us bring the trailer back to take a look, he also put bigger pins in and replaced the ramp--all in a very short time frame.
