Absolutely first class, top notch race events. Very well organized, comfortable seating, good food and plenty of professional high-caliber racers. Easy parking and a knowledgeable, dedicated staff. 10 out of 10!!! *** Totally family friendly, and yet still also perfect for groups of adults who want hours of nonstop fun on the track!
Never seen such a disorganized mess as Saturday 21 September 2019. Still qualifying after 7 pm race time, electronic scoring not working, then going to manually score, then finally started race with random starting grid everything running at least 90 minutes late! Many fans were leaving by 9:15 & we left at 9:45 out of frustration. Never got to see the legends cars run. Refunds should have been offered! This was my 3rd time attending but don't know when I'll be back after this mess!
The "entire" Saturday night race, 09-21-19 was an example of how "NOT" to run a race track! Started late, poor equipment, lack of "safety personnel around the track, poor communications with racers, "long" delays, changes in evening schedule at the last minute! Biggest problem, "Lack of safety personnel around the track". "Extremely dangerous". I saw several accidents where no track officials were anywhere close to throw a caution flag. champ karts have the biggest field of any other division 18 karts with repeat guests returning from Langley Va and the payout is only $200 nothing else down the line and as far as a show for the fans..... huh, oh yeah great turn out at 1am... what a joke
This is the literally the worst race track in all of North Carolina. Don’t waste your money.
