Dropped my cat off to be spayed and was told ahead of time she would be staying over night, staff was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. We would have been happy to help you in an emergency situation. Our antiseptic is blue and we also use betadine scrub and alcohol to clean and sterilize the surgery site prior to the operation. My dog had his eye removed (yes very sad) and the stitches looked fine until he ripped them out. Add $140 to our total to have them redone, which is fine since our dog ripped them out. Well I pick him up and they looked like they weren’t even holding anything together, but I was thinking the vet knew what he was doing so I said nothing. Dr. Carter is truly caring and empathetic to his clients. He was wonderful to my family when we had to have our beloved Chloe put to rest. It was traumatic and heart-wrenching but Jim was there by us the whole way.
Lady at the front desk kept giving my kids and I nasty nasty looks, never asked us what we needed. So we left. Never going back.
