These guys don’t seems to be solution based. Instead of calling ahead of time to let you know there might be some challenges they just did the job knowing it wouldn’t really function properly then told me that once they had already left. I’m out of state and very disappointed they didn’t call to discuss the situation before just “attempting to complete the job” then tried to charge another fee to come back to Fitbit properly.
This is one of those companies that you find and thank your lucky stars you did. The service? Amazing. Communication? Stellar. The workmanship? Astounding. These people went above and beyond to make sure the job was done as fast as possible while still being done with thoroughness and attention to detail. These are the guys I’m calling for everything!
