Working with Carter Subaru was a wonderful experience! I live in Alaska so, all of the work had to be done via phone, email and Fedex. They were amazing. I am getting my car on the next barge!

Salesman was nice. However the sales manger wasn't. Car was as expected however it was a little over priced. After looking and driving the vehicle I made a reasonable cash offer. The manger wouldn't budget or work with me at all. Might I add my offer was above fair blue book value for the car.

We appreciate all offers unfortunately we already had this car marked down to $600 over Kelley Wholesale book $17,988. It has a retail book of $20,500. So the offer of $17000 including tax and lic was far below our cost on the car. I am happy to entertain an offer between Wholesale and retail if you would like to reconsider your offer

They called me back pretty quickly and I was told the car was sold. I was called back 2 days later and was told the car actually was never sold they have inventory stock number issues sometimes and this car had the wrong stock number on it. I had already bought another car and was a little disheartened because this was the car I think I actually wanted. None the less, I am pleased with the vehicle I purchased from another dealer.

I found the salesman to be very helpful and did not pressure the sale in anyway. He made sure we knew that he was available after the sales process and indeed responded quickly to our questions following the sale. We were in and out of the dealership in quick order and we received a follow-up thank you card in the mail. All of this with the salesman knowing that we were in the process of leaving this area so I felt his continued interest in our satisfaction is highly commendable.
Carter Subaru responded to my request immediately and were very helpful about my inquiry.
