First time going to Carter Subaru and I can honestly say that they exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking to buy a car at their dealership make sure you ask for Carlos Valdez he went above and beyond from answering all my questions about the car to test driving it.
They were quick to contact and gave the info requested. I wasn’t able to get a visit to the dealership scheduled in time, due to my busy schedule to take a test drive before the truck was sold to someone else
Quick response and great experience
Poor communication on status of model. They actually lost track of car. We asked one day to come and see it. It was sold the next without any response in between. Seems internet coordinator could not get sales person to communicate. Then they started indicating it was our fault for poor communication via text. Really? Customer's fault? Like their service department at this location immensely since I take my Outback there for service.. But sales people have very poor follow-thru abilities.
Don’t really do reviews but overall it was a good experience and so far I’m happy with the car I purchased.
Was told car was in great shape and well maintained, and so made the 2.5 hour trip to Seattle to see and likely buy it. On arrival had to wait 45 minutes, then they brought out a different car. The reason they brought out the different car was that the car they claimed was in great shape had already been wholesaled because the transmission was trashed. That happened before they told me to come down to see it.

Working with Carter Subaru was the best experience we have ever had in purchasing a car. Will was very low pressure while being very helpful and knowledgeable at the same time. When we buy a car again we will definitely go back to this dealer.
