My subaru forester had an oil leak and I was bummed when I found it. One of the reps, Benny, took good care of the issue and I received a total short block replacement with no charge and a free loaner! There were some slight leaks with the new engine, and they once again took the car and fixed it no charge to me, free loaner again. It's a great place!

My husband and I are traveling from across the country and needed an oil change, and we hit the required miles in Seattle. Unfortunately, the Tuesday after Labor Day meant every place in town was booked, even Carter's. But when I told them what we needed, they didn't even hesitate to work us into their full schedule, and the wait was barely an hour! I was recently on a road trip from Eastern Washington to Shoreline to meet with My father in laws caregivers about long term care. The day was already going to be stressful and challenging. My check engine light went on crossing Mercer Island. I was fortunate enough to exit the freeway in Shoreline and run right into Carter Subaru. Be careful here at the Service Center. We have a 2014 Subaru Forester and it needs its 15,000 mile maintenance. They quoted my Fiance $1095 + tax. So I said no way, and we then called the dealership where we bought it in Portland, Oregon. They told us only $305 + no tax. After tax that is almost a $1,000 difference. Well when we decide to buy another car, we will steer clear of this place, just basis this experience.
