David here at Carter helped me get my new Legacy, and it was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership! He was absolutely wonderful. Even though I had been speaking to David through the online sales department, I showed up unexpectedly one evening determined to get the car. David stayed late to help with the paperwork, he even had the guys in the shop stay late to clean and prep my car for me! I will definitely be coming back to see him in the future.
Very very unhappy. Clearly they did not want to sell me a car.

RecommendedYesterday I purchased a 2019 Subaru Impreza from this dealership. My sales person was named Guy. I’ve purchased many cars from dealerships before (and had a horrible time most of it) and this by far was my best experience. Guy was lovely and extremely knowledgeable. They hooked me up with multiple deals and a killer interest rate so I was able to purchase my first brand new car (their finance guy is amazing). They even gave me a fair deal for my trade. I’m so excited to own this car!
