miguel was great when he came out with a drone to inspect my roof and find the leak, even climbing through my attic to get a better look. The steps for payment and scheduling the repair were easy to understand, and the whole process felt organized from start to finish. The two roofers who arrived later to replace a row of shingles were friendly, on time, and professional. They worked efficiently, explained what they were doing, and made sure the roof repair was done right. billy, the supervisor, stayed on site and monitored ... read more

We had been putting off replacing our roof since buying our home. It had 4 layers of worn-out shingles and really needed expert roofing work. Miguel stopped by and talked with my husband because he knew his team could help. They were honest, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. Miguel helped us through the insurance process and got the roof replacement covered, which was a huge relief because we did not realize what we qualified for. It took very little effort on our part. Every step was handled on time ... read more

This is a 5-star roofing company. Miguel was quick to respond after storm damage caused a roof leak at my home in Odessa. He showed up on time, inspected the problem carefully, and went above and beyond by fixing a few other roofing items that needed attention, even though they were not the main source of the leak. He also repaired a gutter on the other side of the house, replaced a chipped shingle, and even put my ladder away before leaving. He treated my property with care and was very respectful to my wife while I was awa... read more

I highly recommend Carter & Sons Roofers Llc for a roof installation in Odessa. Miguel and Billy carefully checked the old roof, explained the condition of the shingles and decking, and answered every question in a clear and simple way. The estimate was very fair, and they brought several roofing sample options so it was easier to choose the right color and material for the home. The crew showed up on time and ready to get started. They tore off the worn roofing, replaced damaged wood where needed, and kept the job moving sm... read more

i bought a house in Odessa that needed a full roof replacement. miguel was quick to respond, came out fast to inspect the roofing system, and gave me a clear quote. He was respectful, professional, and easy to talk to. There were a few old patch repairs that were not done well, and with hot Texas weather and possible rain coming, he scheduled his roofing crew for the next week to get the job done on time. The crew worked efficiently and finished the new roof before the weather changed. The roof looks great, and the cleanup w... read more
