I recently bought a used (03) subaru that needed a oil change. I called up and made an appointment with Jason. A++ Service! He walked me though my options and didn't pressure me for added services. (which I've experienced at Other dealers) He noticed one of my Tires were dangously bald (down to the wires) I knew the tires were getting bald but hadn't noticed the inside. Jason and the team at Carter Subaru went above and beyond in their services!
Carlos is fantastic to work with! He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things to me in detail. He also texts me updates often on our repairs.
2.5 hours for an oil change…maybe bring a book? Service was good though and I’ll just plan differently for next time.
Kelly was great to work with in the service department.
