I love how professional it is. The stylists are not chatting with each other - concentration is on you. The salon is so beautiful - I always feel special and I have never had them pushing product
I had the best experience with Anna! I've never been fully pleased with any salon until I went to Anna last week. She knew exactly what I was after; she colour matched between the picture I brought in and what would be best with my skin tone. She took my over processed hair and turned it into magical beachy lowlights with a layered long bob. I live in Canada, but will never let anyone else touch my hair. She's amazing!
My 1st visit I had highlights done by a young stylist, Anna. she did an awesome job! The salon and all the employees were courteous, friendly, and professional, and, I speak from experience, I'm a stylist of 20 years ,as well as a beauty school instructor. Thank you for a great experience.

This was my first visit to Carters Salon in Grafton. I had an appt. for a hair cut with Heather Traindl. She was amazing, friendly and listened to what I wanted. My cut turned out perfect. Heather also gave me a few pointers while I was there. I will definitely be returning to Carters Salon.
Love this place, it's not just about the hair, it's about the complete experience. From the great stylists, the atmosphere, the hot towel, the hand massage, the music....pretty much just everything.
