Jarod is a slumlord wont fix anything in a timly manner left me and my family with no heat for 2 days in the middle of a Colorado winter to save a buck on the repair he has his friend come with him they install the new part and hook it up wrong and smoked it. Mr. H*****, I am sorry you that you feel that Jarod was not responsive as your Landlord. I know that he repaired what needed to be done and unfortunately, heating contractors are busy and we don't have any control over their schedules. I know that when your heater went out, I called several contractors and they were about 5 days out which is why he found a retired contractor to try to repair the heater.
