I’m always recommending this practice to friends! I first saw Nick after dealing with several months of shoulder strain from carrying my two young kids. I felt immediately better after each appointment, with better range of motion and less pain. After 3-4 appointments, plus the prescribed exercises, my shoulder problems resolved and haven’t recurred since! I returned recently after experiencing IT band pain on my knee and general knee swelling after long runs. I was at the peak of marathon training, just 4 weeks from the rac... read more

Nick was very helpful! He used his experience and knowledge to prescribe exercises for my specific injury.

Nick is hands down the best PT I have worked with. He helped me resolve chronic shoulder pain from tennis in just a few visits and I am now playing completely pain free. Before Carter Physiotherapy and working with Nick, I tried PT for 6 months elsewhere with no results. Nick had my pain under control after 3 visits and it continues to improve each week. I've improved so much I was able to return to lifting 4 times per week and we are now working on a few other issues.

After a bad break in 2003, I had two screws surgically implanted into my angle. In 2020, I got an avulsion fracture on the same ankle. After years of my ankle feeling unstable, achy and weak, Nick was able to fix it in 2 sessions. I have recommended many people to Nick and they have universally had a good experience with him and have been treated effectively.
