We came from Arkansas to purchase a car from Carter Motorcars. We had recently totalled our daily and found a car we loved here. The holiday season kind of complicated things but the experience was great. We mostly delt with Chip throughout the process. They were very friendly and accommodating. Edwin and Chip both seem to be honest brokers and good people. The cars are very clean and the prices are fair. Can't really ask for much more! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our experience at Carter Motorcars was awesome. Mr. Chip was our point of contact as we drove from Georgia. When we looked over the truck, I found a cracked side marker on the mirror. They ordered a new on and had it on site in minimal time. There was an issue with the way the truck drove/handled and they corrected it and made the deal right. We dealt with Chip but he and Edwin were both great! They were very accommodating and fixed a minor cosmetic issue a few days after we purchased our vehicle and we didn’t have an extended warranty. They didn’t have to do that but they chose to. We’ll definitely visit them next time!
