We ordered a nice garage door from Ryan at Carter Lumber, Scottville, Mi. It is better than expected and has steel trim on both sides for protection. It is also very quiet.
We bought lumber from them. Not only was the service extremely friendly & helpful, it was over $400 cheaper than the competitors!! :) Why we never thought to go there before, I don't know? But, from now on, they have all our business!!

I worked with Carter to buy my cabinets for our kitchen and bathroom. The person we worked with miss measured our kitchen, so we had to change the order and wait several more weeks. The cabinet doors and drawers were all misaligned and not working properly. We were told this was "our problem", I then escalated to the manager, he came out and said that this was the manufacturer's fault.
