So disappointed with the staff at this office. After they canceled my appointment, because they did not give the appropriate timing for what I needed. I called back to get a new appointment, (where I had to request a different day off work), to be called the next day and them asking me to reschedule again because the appointment I made the previous day was no not in the system.
